The Dingle Distillery has its roots in an old grain mill from 1840, whose waterwheel still bears witness to times gone by. After acquiring the building in 2008, it was lovingly restored and transformed into a distillery. By the end of 2012, the first “New Spirit” flowed here – the beginning of a new whiskey tradition on the rugged west coast of Ireland.
